A flat in a 1950’s building, once a very dated four-room office, is now an ideal bachelor pad, a chic fusion of past and present with furniture exclusively designed by Miriam Dominguez Guerra. The bedroom and en-suite shower overlooking the terrace, are partitioned by a salvage bookcase, separating them from a dressing room and office. A former corridor, now a guest cloakroom, features a reclaimed basin and a full-length black and white photograph behind glass, which both gives the impression of a large window and opens up the space. The living-dining room with French windows opening up onto the terrace features custom-made cabinets with leather handles. The chairs were sourced from Conran in London, the table is by Costanza Algranti. The terrace is a living space in itself, with tiled flooring, barbeque and ambient lighting.
