The original owners of Holland Park flat were so impressed by its renovation that they commissioned My Walls to design their own new property. The Grade II listed house required plenty of additional space and a totally new interior layout. An entire floor was designed to fit beneath the current structure, while further space was reclaimed under the back garden to house a gym, swimming pool, cinema and staff area. With skylights running from the garden all the way to the front windows, Miriam Dominguez Guerra's design ensured good lighting and ventilation throughout. A new layout in the main house put the four floors to efficient use. Large glass windows added to the conservatory, living and family rooms overlooking the garden add a contemporary element to this historical property.
