Miriam Dominguez-Guerra sourced this grand penthouse at one of Milan's most prestigious addresses, 22 Corso Venezia on behalf of her clients, a family relocating from London. Opulent, with very high ceilings throughout and flooded with light on the top floors of the building, the property was in need of a facelift. Miriam worked with a sophisticated and understated palette of white and grey Carrera marble, creating three en-suite bathrooms in playful combinations. Clean lines contrast with antique Victorian elements, including porcelain taps and chrome fixtures while magical mirrors neatly conceal cupboards and electricity supplies. Colours throughout the flat were chosen to maximise natural light, retaining the maisonette's cool, fresh ambiance and providing a backdrop for the family's furniture and paintings. The project included a newly designed kitchen, playroom, TV room, dressing rooms with custom-made cupboards throughout.
